uhm, what would you offer for it? im not to particular on it, and i do not know the IV's unfortunately im in the middle of soft resetting to get a shiny legendary so i cannot check,i dont think it is too bad though


*EDIT* checking IV's..they are 28hp 16atk 3def 11sp.atk 21sp.def 23spe, so id say kind of decent but not that great...

All I know is that it was bred from parents with 31 IVs in Speed and Attack.
It's completely UT apart from those 8 EVs though
