I like all of them TBF, but for this, I voted Umbreon. It's tanky; it hits decently with Foul Play or Assurance; it has good recovery in Moonlight and it can trap stalling Pokémon with Mean Look to deal with them 1v1. It fits my playstyle perfectly, and that's why I like it.
