Holiday Hi-Jynx on Boomerang

Are Holiday Hi-Jynx and Snow Way Out part of the official series? Bulbapedia lists them as special episodes and don't have official episode numbers.

Yes, they are. They were aired together as a separate special the very first time they aired in Japan, but both Japanese reruns, dubs, home releases and the like treat them as completely standard episodes (and the only reason they got that special treatment in the first place was that they were shown way out of order due to the Porygon incident). Bulbapedia is just crazy.
