Keep/Change/Delete

Thats a neat idea. Another idea for a change could be to reduce miss to 25%, so that it feel likes you're making a choice between it and HJK.

Make the Sp. Atk drop 2 stages instead of just 1. It may have slightly less power, but if you've got perfect accuracy and hit both opponents in doubles then you'd better be taking at least the same drawback that Overheat would. Another alternative is dropping the power some more. Even dropping it down to 100 base is still effectively a Flash Cannon to both opponents, which I'd say is closer to fair than it is currently.

Bring back the Gen 1 Hyper Beam mechanic of not needing to recharge if it KOes the foe and it'd become a super nifty risk/reward move
