Chances are, it's hacked. Nothing to prove conclusively that it is hacked though.

EDIT: also, derp -- about that other Deoxys you had -- it's not necessarily hacked. It could be legit.

Yeah, someone could have just soft-resetted until they got a shiny from that Pokemon Rocks thing. Thank you very much. If you know any way of proving if its hacked or not, please tell me.

Mew is hacked, the Giratina looks to be legit.

Why exactly is that mew hacked? It's a Japanese Faraway Island mew. The moves are all doable (mega punch and metronome were move tutor moves in gen 3), the level's right, location's right, the stats are all legal. I've never read anything saying that mew can't be shiny (in fact, to my knowledge, it's only recently they've started preventing certain in game pokemon from being shiny). If you're going to claim something is hacked, you should probably give a reason.

No palkia under level 47 is available in Sinnoh. That's a hack.

If it had originated from HGSS it would have said Johto, even if the game it was transferred from was a Sinnoh based game.

I'd say it's hacked. Some popular Action Replay codes can change the ID number to 00000, and you'd have to be extremely lucky to even get an ID number like that anyway. You're either in possession of an awesome Pokémon from an awesomely lucky trainer, or a hacked Pokémon. I know which one I think it is.

yea your probably right..thanks. i was just kinda confused cause ive seen ones that say met at ... at level 100 - hacked. but this one kinda threw me off since it was actually an egg hatch, can you explain how thats possible if you can? was it a normal pokemon when hatched then hacked for shiny/id number or something?

I'd guess it was some kind of Shiny Egg code that ended up changing the ID. Hatching shiny Pokémon with AR codes in Black and White is more difficult than in previous games.
