I don't think the thing in Dusk Lycanroc's avatar can attack, Fennekin would look at it curiously, use some fire attacks on it and faint due to exhaustion. Dusk Lycanroc's avatar wins.

The thing in Dusk's avatar, once again according to my research, appears to be a very scary enemy from the Halo series known as the Flood. It is apparently capable of besting entire civilizations, killing people and taking over their bodies to add to its hive mind collective. Therefore, a Pikachu in a Fennekin cosplay would pose little threat.
