Yeah, you can pick sprites. Try it with something obvious...like Unfezant or Frillish.

Deoxys' formes can be changed at the meteorite in Nacrene Museum, and Rotoms formes can be changed in the room with all the boxes in Shopping Mall Nine.

You still havnt fought Brycen, then? Well I have a crapton of training to do. I beat the E4/Plasma no worries with a Lv.50 is team, then when you try to progress, going East from Opelucid, all trainers use, like Lv. 65 Pokemon! Its quite difficult.
