It was Halloween Last Night and was a lot of Fun Man

Just beat Y version.

I liked the game, but I still laughed at how hilariously easy it is.
You get to the 2nd Gym and your Pokémon are already at level 20 and onward.
When I got to the League and battled tbe champion,
I laughed maniaclly because Mega Blaziken almost kept
wiping out everything with just one Blaze Kick, or Flare Blitz.
(Ah, BBQ, Pokémon Style).

Also, I kind of freaked out like a fan boy when you get a Lucario.
I was like:
"You realize you're forking over a LUCARIO, right?!"

Lol. Now it's like in Generation VII, they'll hand you a set of 10 Master Balls or something.

No, but my siblings did. I didn't really have a proper costume, and combined with my age, I thought that might lead to people giving me dirty looks. Oh well, there's still candy in the end.
