well for starter lol i breed until i get 1 iv with 31 aka special attack and then keep breeding until i get another one with iv with speed but out of my effort i manage to get a dw eevee with iv 31 special attack (female) from there i need to find a eevee with a timid nature and have a iv 31 speed from there i breed those 2 eevee the female hold a ev item that transfer special attack to the new born while the male eevee hold a everstone since it have timid nature from there i roll the dice and check iv that have anticipation timid eevee i breed 23 eevee 2 female so yeah!
