While disappointing, Sniper Shot/Scald/Surf, Ice Beam/Icy Wind, Dark Pulse and a coverage/utility move in Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Air Slash, or Baton Pass is still just enough to be workable in a VGC setting with its speed tier. It'll likely be very useful in VGC due to the popularity of attack lures. Yeah, despite the braids Zacian never struck me as particularly feminine, it kind of has a brothers-in-arms vibe with Zamazenta to me.

Honestly, none of the starters look feminine to me, or at least they don't have blatantly feminine traits like Primarina did. For me personally, the first thing I thought of with Intelleon and Cinderace was Randall from Monster's Inc. and King Kazuma from Summer Wars.
