well, I have created all girls so far, so here is another

Name: Mia Ami

Nickname: Enigma/channeler

Gender: Female

Type: Psychic

Partner Pokémon: Staryu

Partner Pokemon's nickname: Aria

Appearance: Tall, with long black hair with emerald green eyes, tends to dress in deep purple or black. Has a long, thin scar on the right side of her face,which tends to be covered by a light purple veil which she usually wears on her face, leaving only her eyes and nose visible. Always has her whip handy at all times

Personality: Mia tends to be a little withdrawn, as many shy away from her when they hear of her "ability". She tends to prefer the company of pokemon than that of humans, and adores art.

Personal History: Mia comes from a long line of spirit mediums, and is considered one of the finest there is from her family. Even though she rarely talks, she manages to convey her disdain through her whip. She has come to the academy to learn how to become a gym leader like Sabrina

Personal history: Secto was born in Pinewheel Forest. Secto was adopted by a wealthy family, because his parents were poor tramps. Secto wants to become the Gym Leader of Castelia City.

Personality: Poplar is very peppy, and gets pretty dramatic at times. She loves cheerleading, so when she throws a Pokéball, she will usually do a cheerleadeing jump and during battle, will cheer her Poké's on.

Personal history: Her father died when her mother was still pregnant with her, so she never met her dad. Her mother remmarried another guy, and she didn't like her stepdad. To get her mind off of her life, she started cheerleading, and then trained Pokémon, too. Her first Pokémon was a male Riolu, whom she named "Pike" after a cheerleading jump. When she's not in her gym, she's taking part in cheerleading at football games.

Looking to get into RPing, and this seems pretty active. I'll give it a go, if that's alright.

Name: Niall.

Nickname (optional): None.

Gender: Male.

Partner Pokémon: Espeon if possible, but if I have to have an Eevee, that's cool too.

Partner Pokemon's nickname: Minerva

Appearance: Tall-ish for his fifteen years, and a little bit lanky. He wears glasses, and has shortish black hair. Although he dislikes the term "Geek Chic", it's probably the best way to describe his style. He usually wears jeans and a T-shirt. The shirt is often black, and usually has something like "There's no place like 127.0.0.1" on it.

Personality: He likes to know things, has a good sense of humour, and he enjoys sarcasm and geek humour. He's pretty relaxed, and doesn't let much get on his nerves. However, Niall despises bullies. He hates physical conflict, but he can hold his own in an argument. If somedody's giving him trouble, he'd rather beat them up with facts and comebacks than get into a fight.
Although he's pretty shy, he's also fiercely loyal to the friends he does have. He loves to read, and he aspires to be an author, as well as a Gym Leader.

Type: Psychic.

Personal History: He comes from Sazanami Town in Unova, where his mother was friends with Cynthia. His mother was a Professor, and his father was a Trainer, although neither of them were especially famous. The Sinnoh Champ gave Niall his first Pokemon as a ninth birthday present. He kept the Eevee as a pet for a few years, but then started to get interested in battling. He spent a lot of time training with Eevee in White Forest and in the Honor Shrine near his hometown.
In his school's career guidance class, he decided he wanted to be a Gym Leader. He asked Cynthia about how to go about becoming one, and she referred him to Ampiomach.

Eevee, as espeon is an evolved form. Also, if you could change your guy to thirteen years old, that'd be cool since if you were 15 in the story, you'd be in 3rd year. Assuming you want to be in the same year as most others?

Partner's Pokemon Nickname: Poncho

Appearence: Kind of tall, wavy blonde hair and deep-blue eyes. He wears whatever he likes to wear and tries to ignore other people's fashion style; whilst maintaining his own. He generally wears wears blue jeans and a t-shirt or a light hoodie. He's quite skinny and is moderately broad-shouldered.

Personality: A fun-loving guy who loves to make friends. He's quite open an friendly and once you've made friends he would keep them for as long as possible. He is quite cheery, chatty and loyal. Teachers constantly tell him to stop talking but he doesn't and continues talking about anything, really. He can be quite funny yet he gets irratedat easily and can bear grudges at times, if someone has done something horrible to him.

Type: Electric.

Personal History: He comes all the way from Vermilion City in Kanto. He attended the famous Pokemon school an his dad his a high-up in the Kanto Army. He's a Lieutenant known as Lt. Surge and the Vermilion Gym Leader. He helped to give James his love for Electric type Pokemon. He has a little house near Diglett's Cave and his family go on trips on the S. S. Anne frequently.
