I was just surfing Bulbagarden forums when I got this page.

Any explanation? Kind of weird because as soon as I navigated away, I was able to access things normally.
 
That is the result of a vBulletin bug, the same one from a few weeks ago (21 June). There is a workaround, but because we weren't expecting it to occur again we didn't have it set up.

I was going to go Psycho on someone if I didn't find out why I was banned.
