Black & White Speculation Contest - Week 3: Starters Fully Evolved Types

Status
Not open for further replies.
Grass Fighting
Fire Rock
Water Flying

Go ahead. I guessed :p

Tsutaja final form- Grass
Pokabu final form- Fire/Rock
Mijumaru final form- Water/Psychic

mijimaru > water/normal
pokabu > fire/ground
tsutaja > grass/steel

I put together a table of current votes.
Not guaranteed 100% accurate, but it might help choose... looks like JohnLee_08's "Fire/Ground, Grass/Poison, Water/Ice" has the most support at the minute ^^;

Personally, my vote is going on:

Water/Psychic
Fire/Ground
Grass/Flying

I think Tiki Man might have a good chance though...

Grass starter: Grass/Dragon
Fire starter: Fire/Rock
Water starter: Water/Ice

._.

Tsutaaja, the grass starter, may potentially evolve into an anaconda-like snake pokemon, and they live in the water. So I shall say Grass/Water
Pokabu ,the fire type, may end up being a partially-grass type boar, due to them living in forests. So I state Fire/grass
As for Mijumaru, the water type, may develop into a Water/Fire type, possibly due to comsuming Sea Urchins, which are like living quills of fire(pain), in some respects. I refuse to stand by water/ice because usually otters don't LIVE in ice as much, SEALS do, if they could, they wouldn't be quite as endangered due to a larger home range.

Fire Pig: Fire/Dark <- Based on Color Scheme
Grass Snake: Grass/Flying <- Because I want it to end up like Quetzalcoatl
Sea Otter: Water/Ice <- Color scheme again

I reckon they will keep the same secondary type circle from D/P/Pt shifted around, although the grass type stays the same in my guess, which is feasible seeing as we had two Fire/Fightings in a row.

Fire -> Fire/Steel
Steel tusks would look amazing, and goes with the sturdy look of boars.

Water -> Water/Fighting
I can really see it becoming a badass grumpy otter :D.

Grass -> Grass/Ground
It's a snake, snakes are associated with going down burrows.. which are underground... To be honest, this is the weakest assumption of my three guesses :L

This is largely speculative, since I'm guessing a new type also:

Grass/Light
Fire/Dark
Water/Flying

(also everyone's taken all of the sensible guesses)
:3

All but one of the Fire starters have a secondary type, while the water and grass starters are even 2 with and 2 without. To make things all even, im going to go with the following:
Tsutaaja-Grass/Psychic
Pokabu-Fire
Mijumaru-Water/Ice

Not in the mood of reading 125+ posts, so this combination is possibly taken already, but still.
Grass/Dragon, Fire/Dark, Water/Ice.

E: Changing to Grass/Dragon, Fire/Rock, Water/Ice. :p

I'm going on the basis that each of them will be a unique type this time around. As such:

Grass -> Grass/Dark, not terribly unique, but snakes are sometimes viewed as evil.
Fire -> Fire/Psychic, in the same image as a Grumpig
Water -> Water/Fighting, seeing something cute turn into something destructive would be awesome.

Furthermore, this would finish the speculation of the Psychic/Fighting/Dark starter speculation. Note also that Fire gains an advantage against Water, Water to Grass and Grass to Fire.

Fire- fire/ground because it looks like a pig
Grass- grass/fire because it has a sort of charmander look to it
Water- water/ground because it looks kina like a beaver

Pfff, I'm late again. Now I'll just have to try to be original (I'm not going to read through 10 pages).

Fire/Dark
Grass/bug
Water/Rock
