Aye - I made sure I had at least one of every last digit, so I got all the backdrops pretty quickly.

Mind you, if you've only got one ID number, it's a 1/100 of getting the backdrop on two consecutive days.

Hmmm... All my pokémon's ID numbers are identical, and the exact same as my Trainer ID. I'm probably looking in the wrong place, so could somebody tell me where to find the pokémon's ID numbers?

The numbers were talking about are the Original Trainer ID number. You get more ID numbers by trading with different people, and this includes the in-game trades. If you've never done any trades, you'll only ever have the one ID.
