Bubblebeam especially from Piplup isn't so powerful attack to knock down so many pokemons.

Yes, but it is its standard attack, and basically serves as a mid to long-range attack akin to Thunderbolt.
But I agree, Piplup's Bubblebeam isn't especially powerful, and it wasn't like Pikachu's Thunderbolt actually did any better.

Zomg, everytime someone links to tvtropes I get distracted for hours! Stop it!

So does anyone who understands Japanese know why J suddenly gave up trying to get Regigigas and just went away?

Wasn't it something to do with the police? Wait, lemme check.

According to Bulbapedia,

'J has a bracelet that is able to turn Pokémon and humans into stone. In DP129, it was destroyed when Regigigas reflected her Salamence's Dragon Pulse back at her.'

Any idea as to what that might mean for her? Could she just get a new one or will this be more permanent?
