Egg-Move Scraggy, and some DW Pokemon

While breeding a Scraggy of my own I bred a whole bunch of Scraggys since I was being picky. :lol:

All Scraggy are level 1 and UT of course.

If you want IV bred Grass I've got my Chlorophyll Modest Lilligant from the giveaway I did, 23/23/31/31/31/30 HP Ice 70. If not I can breed you a Dwebble, but it'll be a bit before I get to the breeding.

According to the IV guy the shed skin male is the one with better IVs so is he fine with you? Otherwise I don't know their exact IVs. And I'd love the Liligant.
