They're all pretty ridiculous, but I think Arceus has the best visual design. Which is what I'm basing this on, since they're all so freaking powerful they don't really have a battle style besides being able to do more things than anyone else, better than anyone else. Making them all fairly similar aside from how they look.
 
im changing from Arceus to giratina. i mean hes so cool and hes meneacing.
