Well, my favorite TV theme song was posted by JJM already, but I guess this would be my second favorite:

I would have to say my favorite would be Psych, it's just so catchy and upbeat.

No idea if this aired outside of Germany and France. But you gotta admit. That Theme is one of the most badass things ever.

Any Pokemon theme and the Invader ZIM theme. The Invader ZIM one is just music, but whatever, it's catchy!

The single greatest sound to ever grace my ears.
 
Jace Everett's "Bad Things". It's the theme song used for True Blood. Quite possibly my favorite theme song (can't think of anything I like more than it right now). "Born to Be a Winner" from the first GSC arc of Pokémon is probably a close second.
 
I've always really liked the theme song for the ABC Family Show, The Lying Game.

Also, I like the theme song for Criminal Minds. There are no lyrics or anything but it's still really good.
