Zubat isn't too bad, not high on my favorites, but also not in the meh either.
Can be very annoying to encounter, especially in caves.

(another favorite of mine, favorite Eeveelution too) Flareon
 
Espeon is wonderful! All Eeveelutions are, except Sylveon. Sylveon is meh.

Forretress
 
Some of Sylveon's descriptions can be creepy, but I could care less about it.

Lickilicky (I remember when I used to stall with this guy back in BW NU.....)
 
Oh Lord, Lickilicky... Honestly I think you're about right. It's definitely in my top 10 most hated Pokemon. It's an abomination.

I'm sure you know my answer for inanimate object based Pokemon! Deep, super low in the hates section! Probopass is near the bottom of my favorites, that design is so horrible (at least for me).

Gligar is not hate worthy...except for that stall game when your battling it competitively.

People have to hate Burmy.
 
Don't like Burmy!! don't like it's design, some bugs don't catch my attention, sadly this Pokemon is one of them.

a possesed stone!! hate it's design!! same answer for inanimate-object based Pokemon! Low in the hates section.
At least when the face comes out, it looks good, won't get passed the hate side.
