TCG help please; Why are some japanese D&P whithout rarity for ex in DP3 or DP5

HI,
I have several cards from DP3 & DP5 whithout any rarity symbol, even some whithout card number. are there from decks? or other promotionnal packs? and how to distinguish?
thx for your help
