How would you buff Curse? but not make it too OP?

Would do 1/5 damage and not to opoents still and cost only 1/3 of users hp

-second layer, does 1/5 damage but even if the pokemon switches out the curse is always with it till end of battle.The damage will be counted when it switchs back into battle.

- third use "layer" will cause all of oponents pokemon that battle to loose every turn the 1/5 damage till end of battle. (Magic Bounce would protect from it but not reflect it back till it becomes the 2 and 3 layer)

Counter/Remove methods:
-Magic Guard
-Snatch
-Mythical fire (would burn down the Curse and remove it)
-Sacred fire
-Mysti terrain (even when put on the field but only second and third layer would be removed, a use of first layer would be posibble)
- all moves with magic in its name

Magic Room would remove it but Magic Coat could send curse back to the oponent in any case and at any moment when used , because it is put on it (magic bounce would not)

could Curse be put like "Spikes" and after you use it a second time could be put like till end of battle even if the oponent switches back to the battle.

a 3 time(layer) it could work like on every of oponents pokemon that enters battle but only when on the field not that entirely. You would Curse the Field not the pokemon itself. That every of oponents pokes would loose 1/4 hp when battling on end of the turn.

but would need something to nerf like a terrain or moves to negate like defog and rapid spin but maybe magic and mystic moves could do that? Mystical fire, sacred fire and magical moves could be used to remove "layers" or Curse totally.

Like misty terrain remove it and block putting second and third layers while its on the field.

If one of you pokemon used curse against oponent and hi takes you out and not switches, this would be interesting to use a next poke that puts a second Curse that cant be taken of till end of battle.
