I did all the diving and stuff, but once I get into the Sealed Chamber used dig and got to the second section of the Sealed Chamber I got stuck and don't know what to do once I got there! Can anyone help me?
If your lost I will try to explain my question better.

What I can tell you is... go to Sootopolis, (did you get there yet?) and the Cave of Origin. At the end of the cave, you will hear about Rayquaza. Then go back to Pacifidlog and Surf east. The Sky Pillar (and Rayquaza) await to the north. Then go back to Sootopolis and witness the legendary battle between Kyogre and Groudon in which Rayquaza will intervene. Then go back to Sky Pillar and get that Rayquaza. I would recommend using Master Ball on Rayquaza, if you still have it. Otherwise, load up on those Ultra Balls and try to weaken it.

Don't use the Master Ball on Rayquaza; are you crazy? Use the Master Balll on the roaming Lati@s, so you don't have to track it like a stalker. Rayquaza won't run away, it's there to stay.

Use timer ball on rayquaza. Wait 1 min per try if you got emulator and if not then wait atleast 10 min. Rayquaza is bit north of pacifidilog island (or log town). and make sure you got a mach bike.

Timer Balls work by turn order, not by time passed. -_-;
