Indeed, Inverse Battles reverse the entire type chart, meaning that imunities become weakness too. Though that doesn't do you any good, since Game Freak decided to make Dragon Ascent is a Flying type move for whatever reason.

Anyway... Ferrothorn used Power Whip.
