Most Shiny Pokemon were acquired through using an Action Replay code to make every wild pokemon a shiny, no state, EV, or IV changes made. Just made them Shiny. I will add an "(AR)" at the end of the listing to tell you which were acquired this way. The rest I have recieved in trades and im unsure how legit they are.
