My theory on Eevee's secret origins.

Maybe Necrozma imported Eevee species into Pokémon World from Ultra Space or other planets since Eevee is too different from most Pokémon in the Pokémon World.
Ditto would be another question though, maybe it's a Mew in disguise.

Eevee could also have been imported by the people living in one of the Ultra Spaces.

But if Eevee is to weird to have originated in the Pokéworld, then Ditto or Smeargle are too. Eevee's gimmick is'nt really much different than theirs.

By carrying them via a ride on Necrozma, Solgaleo/Lunala or certain Pokémon that can trespass the wormholes, since they can carry many.

But if Eevee is to weird to have originated in the Pokéworld, then Ditto or Smeargle are too. Eevee's gimmick is'nt really much different than theirs.

Probably Ditto as well, but Ditto isn't evolable compared to Cosmog and Poipole, so Ditto can be seen as microorganisms.

It is impossible for Celesteela atleast to be unicellular since it’s arms are detached from each other, not to mention it has a clearly defined mouth, torso, and segmented steel layers.

Buzzwole is also comfirmed to have muscle tissue, Pheromosa has biology similar to Arthropods, Xurkitree would require special tissue to absorb electricity from ground and a unicellular organism wouldn’t be able to sustain Guzzlord's sheer diet so the UBs are not unicellular.

Nihilego and Kartana are uni-cellular by Earth standards. Necrozma is a living black hole. Black bricks are a bunch of siblings that form a colony together, and each sibling is unicellular. The others are made of a material that supports itself with aura and type-related energy, an eldritch composition similiar to ghost Pokémon, and some Psychic ones like Wobbuffet, Unown, or Gardevoir.

Ditto is unicellular similiar to Nihilego and Kartana, but with magical energy properties. Eevee and evolutions would be made of a similiar eldritch composition as the other Ultra Beasts, but is adaptive and thus changes itself to be more Field-like than its natural, Amorphous-like self.

And there are organisms that we can't see but other animals can't.

Necrozma is black-hole-like, being solid black light that can absorb light and attack using light, but is also a lightsource.

Solgaleo and Lunala aren't like the Sun and Moon. They're just aliens from another dimension who got captured and befriended a girl who the whole plot centers around her childhood and life.

According to Ultra Recon Squad's speech, Necrozma was once a living physical alien god, but greedy people abused it. Its psychological stage has been unstable until it tames itself down via patience and light absorption. (Reminds me of some Ultraman shows (especially Nexus), where the human hosts, which are mostly unstable people, needs bonding with light to transform into giant alien entities). If you know the Ultraman lores and continuities, you will know the similarities between Pokémon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon games and the Ultraman shows.

Also, I am unsure about Nihilego, but some UBs are actually robotic machine Pokémon from other universes. Kartana could count as more a robot despite being part-Grass/Steel. (Steel-typing being a given for its mechanical properties).
