    I don't know if I actually have anything planned for any of these guys, but here's a small handful of the Fakemon I've been designing in my spare time.
    They all have names and dex entries and stuff, but I can't really fit them anywhere concisely, oh well.
     
    As always, your “doodles” look better than anything I could do with the greatest amount of effort ever. And as a fanfic writer, I know what you mean by “coping”, haha. Well, I guess you could call it that on my end, anyway!

    On another note: you’re awesome, you know that? Please never stop drawing! I hope you find your inspiration again soon!
     
    SUBWAY MASTER HATSUNE MIKU?? As usual I LOVE the nostalgic style in your art, oki, but I JUST HAVE TO TALK ABOUT YOUR FAKEMON DESIGNS!!

    I am absolutely OBSESSED with the little lamp post and as you know I'm a sucker for objectmons and this is such good food-- I have to admit I've been showing your fakemons to a bunch of other friends because I love them so much.

    Also, I'm unsure if this was your intention, but the painter-mon reminds me of the old horror RPG Ib, and the lamp post gives me INSANE Yume Nikki vibes (maybe that's why I love it soooo much). PLEASE SHARE MORE IF YOU HAVE THEM!!! OR MORE ABOUT THEM!!

    omg now that you say that I can definitely see it! Believe it or not, while I still have not played Ib (I have been meaning to for like ten years) I was literally planning to do so this week lol.
    I do have a few more lying around! Rest assured as soon I give them all some cleaner art I'll share them here (along with names, dex entries, stats, movepools, etc).

    Very old character of mine, I think I came up with her when I was 12 or 13. Her name is Sparkle, since she's based off of an actual Espeon I had back in the ORAS days.
    She's a Shiny Espeon that was intended to be auctioned off to a rich and neglectful Pokémon collector, but escaped her fate to go fend for herself in the wild.

    I've never seen shiny Espeon look so goodddd!! She looks soft and you managed to make the colours work so well here which they like normally don't to me, so that's super impressive. I also adore the outfits you gave Ash and Misty, they just feel really right for the characters?? Like they're not particularly like anything they wear in canon but you just nailed the vibes.

    Adding to my Fakemon pile again, this time with some hasty redraws of old Eeveelution designs I made when I was a kid, 14 years ago.

    Aereon (Wingeon) - from aero, aerobics
    Type: Flying / Ability: Cloud Nine, Fluffy
    "Aereon is covered in a dense, curly fur that helps to regulate its temperature and keep it pleasantly cool at all times. It has an extraordinary stamina and can run at a blinding speed for miles without getting tired."
    "This Pokémon is popular among people of many different professions. It is known as the mascot of many airports and airlines throughout the world, and is sometimes seen assisting fitness instructors with their coaching."

    Debrieon (Shardeon) - from debris
    Type: Steel / Ability: Iron Barbs, Weak Armor
    "This Pokémon has adapted to survive in extremely unsafe environments. The sharp panes of iron jutting from its body ward off any potential attackers, as they are sharp enough to even puncture stone. If broken or damaged, they will quickly grow back."
    "Despite its appearance, Debrieon has a gentle disposition and can be seen guarding smaller, weaker Pokémon in the wild. It will often want to comfort its Trainer in times of hardship, but cannot do so without harming them."

    I sort of conceptualized these designs from a "what if Gen V and Gen III had Eeveelutions too?" point of view. What would each of those look like, respectively? ...Something like this, maybe? Unfortunately I saved over my project file, so I can't polish these any further lol.
