Alright, I'm terribly sorry about this, but I have decide, in order to limit confusion that all the work is actually mine (which it isn't, obviously), I have decided to create a DeviantArt group for this thread. Now, I'll submit those artworks from people who don't have a DeviantArt account, but I'm afraid I'll have to ask those who do to submit it to that group once it is approved.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but it also occurred to me that IU wasn't sure what I was going to do with all the artwork once the contest was over. I couldn't just leave it on my account, and I couldn't just delete it. In addition, this group would allow us to hold future contests.

Again, so sorry for the inconvenience, and I will provide the link for the group once it is approved.
As far as the deadline goes, really, it deosn't matter at his point, I suppose it can be extended until the 24th if anyone has anything to add, but it really wasn't important, I just like numbers and such.

I just had a look at all the entries on DA, and they're all amazing! Good job I didn't try and make one - you'd have been able to tell which one it was straight away though XD

Alright, given the recent changes to the contest, I thought it best to abolish the deadlines. Only the submission will be closed at the start of the 26th, and you can all vote then, if you have a deviant art account. Or heck, voting itself isn't strictly necessary. It's more of a challenge than a contest.

So, as this has all happened, I have made some changes to the rules regarding where to submit. If you have a DeviantArt account, you can submit it to the newly created group (linked below), or if you don't, just e-mail it to me and I will submit it in your name.

So, here is a copy of the updated rules:

1ST ANNUAL BULBAGARDEN FORUMS POKESHIPPING THREAD FANART CONTEST

Theme: Chritmas/Holiday season - pretty open, so lots of room for ideas.

Deadlines: Submit whenever, voting will be closed by the 26th of December.

Procedure:
-Make your piece (obviously).
-Send it to this e-mail address: <[email protected]> if you do not have a DeviantArt account.
-If you do, submit it to the featured folder in this group: http://bgarden-pokeshipping.deviantart.com/
-DeviantArt users will then vote for their favorite using the comment section.

Rules:
-Must be in good taste (no pornographic images, no scenes depicting extreme graphic violence, no material of questionable political/religious/social content, et cetera).
-Must depict PokeShipping.
-Must be visual in nature (no text/sounds - can be digital, traditional, or even sprite-based).
-I have sole discretion over what is approved or isn't.
-Make sure to tell me what kind of copyright protection you want on it.
-Ensure that if you borrow ideas or copyrighted material, you do so legally, with permission, or by giving credit where credit is due.

Prizes:
-A banner to display in your signature, and endless fame and glory!

If you have any questions, or feel that something should be further elaborated, feel free to say so.

NOTE: This was originally hosted on my profile, but it became confusing for people who were already on DeviantArt, so I elected to just make a group. Which is what I should have done all along. But what can you do?
