Pokéstar Studio's infamous villain Bellelba makes her Pokémon Masters EX debut together with her sync partner Swoobat in a set of Costume Scouts

A brand new villain is arriving in Pokémon Masters EX today, with Bellelba & Swoobat making their debut in a new set of Costume Scouts alongside the ongoing Infamous Pokéstar Villains Costume Event. The Bellelba Costume Scout and Bellelba Costume Tiered Scout will run through until May 19th, at 10:59pm (PDT). The associated Bellelba Costume Featured Ticket Scout and Bellelba Costume Guaranteed Ticket Scout meanwhile will run through to May 26th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Bellelba & Swoobat are a Psychic-type Support Sync Pair with an expanded Sync Grid, and an unlockable Field EX Role. When raised to 6★ EX, Bellelba's outfit switches from to a Blue and Black design to match Swoobat.

This sync pair is heavily focused around damage reduction and mitigation. The combination of their Critical Shield Status Move and Crit-Hit Defense: Physical & Special DR Passive Skill means that Critical-Hit Defense, Physical Damage Reduction and Special Damage Reduction effects are all applied to the allied field of play with a single move. Their Rules of the Enchanted Land Passive Skill then extends the duration of this Critical-Hit Defense effect even further, as well as increasing their Defense and Sp. Def by 20% while that effect is in play. On top of all this, their Give Me Energy! Status move raises the Defense and Sp. Def of all allied sync pairs by 4 stat ranks, and applies the Gradual Healing effect to all allied sync pairs.

This Costume Scout give players bonus presents for the first three times players perform a Sync Pair Scout x11, awarding a Support Move Candy Coin each time. This Costume Scout also include a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

In addition to the regular Costume Scout, players can also take advantage of a Bellelba Costume Tiered Scout. This scouts has ten tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 5 and 10 of each grant the player special tickets to use in the associated Bellelba Costume Featured Ticket Scout and Bellelba Costume Guaranteed Ticket Scout.
