Yes can do a Shiny Glaceon banner, I could do rainbow colours for the banner and name text outlines and blue in the banner and name text backgrounds?

I deleted the typo, which was (s, "and" u.) i don't know what happened i wrote a whole message and it only put "su" when I posted it. It made Me so Sad.
