hey, I liked the Pokemon alchemist. Easily one of the more interesting professions featured in the anime.

They could have done better than another Pikachu though. Could you imagine the WTF moment if Ash turned into a Megnemite?

I think the episode would have been better if Ash were a Pikachu for the whole episode, not the last 30 seconds of an episode.

Seriously, what kind of screwed up pacing is that? The big event of the episode lasts a grand total of 30 seconds at the end, whereas they could have actually made a pretty decent filler where Ash (as a Pikachu) and Pikachu go on an adventure together.

Instead, most of the episode is spent on the witch and Team Rocket. It was a complete missed opportunity.
