Edit: Forgot to mention that the starter will be Cyndaqwil

A'ight, Sammy, take a Stantler. She/He is very proud and refuses to fight anything more than five levels below himself/herself, considering this to be an insult to his/her skill level. To facilitate training, she/he will grow out of this phase when you pass through Tohjo Falls.

As well as the Stantler you've just been given, use a Spinarak. Wnating to prove itself as the best bug of Genration II, after being stood up by that nast Heracross guy, it may not evolve unless it solos two of Bugsy's Pokemon, and must keep Night Shade on its move set at all times.

Guess I'm ready to go! I'll have to start later though so I still have to wait a while.
Final group:
Piplup: Must have Peck till Emp. Once Emp can't learn Steel
Misdreavus: Only Ghost move Astonish till Mismag. Only evolve if solos Fantina's Drifblim.
Budew: Only Roserade if solo Candice
Drifloon: Once Blim too big for most buildings. Can only fight in Ghost Gym or E4 Building (out of man made srtuctures)(Oh and can I add Battle Tower for post E4? It seems unlikly that they would have not given enough space for all pokes in a premier battle facility) as Blim.
Happiny: Only physical Moves.
Bronzor: Only evlove with Future Sight must keep Future Sight forever once evolved.

Krabby: Must learn and keep Crabhammer as only Water move.

Me!: You forgot that Happiny can't have healing moves (Or atleast can't use them)

If it can only learn physical moves, and healing moves are never physical it can't use them anyway. Although I could have explained better I did still remember.

EDIT: Krabby may learn other Water moves in the meantime but as soon as it learns Crabhammer it must forget all others

Sammyboy: Get a Mantine. It is afraid of water (Thus wanting to join your team), and may not fight while Surfing, or if weather is rainy. If Rain is started during battle with Mantine as active, it must be withdrawn.

It may not use water attacks.
