Should Ash meet Red?

Since Red has already had a cameo in the anime, should Ash meet and battle him?
 
Still, whether or not the cameo was fictitious or not, it would be interesting to see what would happen if the two battled each other.
 
Like fighting with "PKMN TRAINER CAL" in Gold/Silver.
 
But don't get confused with Red, as most people know him as the dude from Special. This was Red from the Crazy Clefairy Manga.
