Can you please check whether my signatures are fine or not?

662 x 215 pixels, it's too tall. I'd also switch the font size to 1 and maybe turn into two lines of text instead of one. and shorten the image. The image would have to be about 130-138 pixels in height to fit two lines of size one text

Can any 1 tell me why is there a character and picture limit on signatures? The file size and the size itself i'm ok w/, but the picture limit is killing me D: !!!!!!!!!

It's not. The limit of height is 160 and you're at 207 pixels. The image in your sig is 150 pixels high.
I suggest changing your sig to this to meet the limits. The height of this is 150. Just copy and paste the coding into your sig if you want to use it.

Signatures should not be wider than 600 pixels, taller than 160 pixels, and the total file size of all images in a signature should not exceed 500 kilobytes. Spoiler tags, scroll bars, etc. cannot be used in sigs. (Note that staff members, as part of the perks they get for working here, may have somewhat larger signatures and images).
When you receive this infraction, you have one day from the time of your next post to change your signature so it matches the rule; if you do not, you may be infracted again.
