Updated with all the new claims :)

EDIT: The mentions are screwing up all of a sudden. I'll try and fix it up.

EDIT2: Ok, realised the mentions system is down. I'll tidy things up when they're back online. Keep on claiming Pokemon though, as I'll still edit the OP with the information.
