Looking for a Raikou. Timid nature with 31 IVs in both SAtk and Spe. EVs should be 4 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe. If it isn't trained then that's fine. I know it's asking for a lot but I really need one. Please list the Raikou's origin and complete IVs. If it has a HP Fighting then that would be great but I don't mind if it doesn't.

I am willing to trade one of the following-
Heatran
Gible
Giratina
Palkia
Dialga

*note that all of these pokemon have been gotten through RNG abusing so if you disaprove of that then don't ask for the trade. I also have a few items and TMs lying around that I may be willing to trade. Any offers should just be posted in this thread.
