I managed to miss the event, and need one of them.
I don't really have any good Pokemon to trade, but I have a Master Ball and a full Pokedex, and will trade any breedable Pokemon holding the MB for the Raikou.

Sadly I do not have a Mew to spare, but I do have an extra Shaymin and/or Darkrai.
Either of those good?
Edit: Wait, do you need the Mew for your Pokedex only?
We might be able to work out a trade-tradeback thing, and you could keep the master ball and the Shaymin or Darkrai...
