Looking for a non-hacked Celebi (or at least one that isn't obviously hacked/looks suspicious - e.g. found at lv 100, imported from gba at lv 100...)

I honestly don't know what I should offer for this, so I am open to suggestion, but I do have an Eon-ticket Latios (Japanese) if anybody wants it.
