Wanted: Starters

Alright, so here's the deal. I want Hoenn starters, that's for sure. Not really caring about Kanto or Johto starters. They seem to lack something...I'll see what you guys want, and see if I can afford. Mind you, training all my special Pokemon to Lv. 100 takes a LOT of time and effort. Beating the Elite Four about 147 times.

I transferred items from my old games, so in my Diamond and Pearl I have about 25 Rare Candies left.
