Are you allowed to use multiple moves (either the same or different moves) on one person in one turn?

That is allowed. Just keep in mind that you can only make 3 choices in a single phase.

Example:
Flamethrower on HumanDawn
Flamethrower on Kazekage
Earthquake on HumanDawn

Every 3rd phase (3, 6, 9 and so on), you're able to make 4 choices instead of 3.

    Phase 1 has now begun. You have 48 hours and 10 minutes (Phase ends at 5 PM on May 3rd, GMT + 2) to submit your moves and guesses. Furthermore, if Kazekage, TheCapsFan and SoaringLooker do not confirm in-thread by 5 PM on May 2nd, they will be subbed out.
