Were Team Aqua/Magma treated kinder than Team Rocket?

Random, but does anyone know all the Rockets that are given names in the games? There's Giovanni, Jessie, James, those two guys that run the pathetic resurrection Team Rocket from GSC and FRLG, and... the scientist from the end of FRLG? o.o

From what everyone's saying about them, Team Galactic sounds really cool. High-stake threats are always welcome for this franchise, and what could be more dangerous than universal destruction? ^^
