BBC Breakfast (morning news). I try to watch it every morning so I'm up to date with what's going on in the world, but I only get up at the right time twice a week. :T

How I Met Your Mother. Watched the new episode on Seven, then watched the repeats from 2011 (again on Seven) then went to sleep.

can't believe what I hear on the news, our local news helicopter crashed, destroying 3 cars, and the killing the two news reporters riding in the helicopter.
 
Major League Baseball: the game between LA Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks. It was on GEM here in Australia.
