Edit: To avoid any confusion this is a 15 minute fan-made anime of a bullet hell game called Touhou. The anime itself is called Fantasy Kaleidoscope ~The Memories of Phantasm~ this peculiar video is based upon the events in Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom.
