Lycanroc looks like it is able to defeat a human being.

Making that assumption doesn't guarantee powerlessness. A lot of people here with human avatars have anime characters, and these characters may have special abilities that rival or surpass a Pokemon.

I think Dragonite due to its wide variety of moves could probably conquer that anchor. Maybe a Flamethrower on its Grass-typing.
