Yasuragi Symphony
Since ancient times, Humans and Monsters were at war. Many were killed, homes were destroyed. The endless fight between Humanity and Monster Kind took a great toll on the world. A battle raged everywhere, leaving death and destruction behind. There was however, a group of both humans and monsters realized that war was not going to solve anything. This group figured out a compromise, They built a Sanctuary for monsters to live in. They officially named this Sanctuary, Roseli City. This Sanctuary was constantly being improved, finally evolving into a Utopia, where the Monsters lived peacefully. A century later, another city was being built right next to Roseli City. This other city began being populated with humans. It was officially named Mashiro City. As the two cities were expanding, the horrible memories from the war began to spread throughout the residents of both cities. A second war was about to erupt. The Governments of both cities managed to stop a second war and were able to create a treaty. The residents of both cities were instructed to remain within their respective cities to prevent a war from coming. 400 years later, Roseli City's Government discovered that even though a treaty was issued for both cities, there was a war going on, outside the walls of both cities, that was being kept secret from both governing boards. Casualties were piling up and these secret battles were slowly evolving into a full-scale war. To avoid this and any future wars, both Roseli City's and Mashiro City's governments came up with a plan. They will attempt to combine both cities, so that humans and monsters can learn to live together. As a test, they built a school that connected both cities. The purpose of the school is to help monsters and humans learn to coexist. The school was enormous. It was big enough to be it's own city. The students enrolling in the school are considered test subjects, they will determine the future of both cities and both races. The name of the school is Kyōzon Academy.
Will the students help both cities learn to coexist with one another? Or will the wounds from past wars affect them?
Sorry I took so long. But, here it is!
In Yasuragi Symphony, RPers will be playing students that attend Kyōzon Academy. The students can either be human or a monster. The Roseli and Mashiro City Governments built this school for one reason, to teach the students of both races, how to coexist with one another. As both Governments are planning to combine the cities, it's up to these students to forget the past and learn to accept each other, or another war will start.

1) Just so you know, The students will be wearing school uniforms. however, they will only be wearing them when on campus. you can still describe your character's typical wardrobe.
- Boy's Uniform: White dress shirt underneath a black blazer with gold outlining, Blue tie, black pants.
- Girl's Uniform: White dress shirt underneath a black blazer with gold outlining, Red tie, Black checkered, thigh-length skirt.
2) Human characters will have a White Rose on the Blazer's breast pocket. Monster characters will have a Red Rose on the Blazer's breast pocket.
3) Monsters have to be from myth, legend or fiction. But remember, creativity is key.

Here are my character templates. They also work as examples.
Omega Ryūjin

Appearance: Being somewhat muscular, At 5'8", he has fair skin with messy platinum-blonde medium-length hair and green eyes. He has a purple stripe on both sides of his face and medium sized fangs. Aside from his school uniform, his typical wardrobe consists of a dark red long sleeve shirt with a hood and black horizontal lines along with black jeans. the left sleeve of his shirt has been ripped off from above the elbow and he wears a black fingerless glove on his left hand. on his jeans, he has a chain hanging out on his right leg and has a white wrap around his left thigh. He wears dark brown steel-toed boots. Omega wears a pair of white headphones over his neck. In his monster form, Omega's eyes become sharper and turn red. The stripes on his cheeks become more jagged, and his canines mature. Omega also develops horns. The most noticeable features are Omega's wings and his twin tails, which are jagged and sharp enough to cut steel. Omega develops more muscle mass, though it's not really noticeable and he also gains claws.
Personality: Omega is sort of an antisocial person. He doesn't like crowded places and will constantly isolate himself. His favorite spot is the bell tower at the top of Kyōzon Academy. Although he's always alone, he is friendly, especially to the people that make an effort to get to know him, like Tomomi, though he will constantly avoid her advances. He is also a big softie, and unlucky when it comes to love. He has a sort of an anti-heroic personality. He despises humans because his mother and father were killed by humans. Although he is able to control his emotions, Omega's anger is usually the gauge to his power. The angrier he is, the stronger he gets. In his monster form, Omega develops more of a feral attitude, he still maintains his sanity, but he becomes somewhat bloodthirsty. In this form he is also described as a sadist. Despite her constant advances, Omega does see Tomomi as a friend. When she's in trouble, he will do everything he can to save her. Omega is the only one that knows about Tomomi's insecurities and will always protect her.
History: As a child, Omega was raised by his human mother in Mashiro City. His mother had to keep him hidden away so no one would discover his hidden powers. Omega wasn't allowed to leave his home at all, so he wasn't able to go to school or make friends. One day, when his mother was asleep, Omega sneaked out to see the city. While outside, he saw a teenage girl being harassed by a group of thugs. Angry, Omega transformed and electrocuted the thugs to save the girl. The next day, those same guys realized that Omega was a monster and they began tracking him. When they discovered where he lived, they captured and killed his mother right in front of him. Her past words were, "Use your powers for good." Devastated, Omega murdered the thugs, and then it became know that there was a monster that was living in Mashiro City. At still a young age, Omega had to move to Roseli City. Before he left, he discovered a chest that had his name in it. He took it and fled to to city of monsters. Omega, now fully grown, was able to open the chest. He discovered that his father was a dragon god. He and Omega's mother fell in love and had Omega. Because of that, they were targeted by humans and other demons. Omega's father did everything to protect his family and, in the end, was killed by a large group of humans, who believed he would've killed his own family eventually.
Abilities: Omega has the qualities of a Thunder Dragon. His Electrokinetic abilities were inherited from his father, who was the only Thunder Dragon to completely master electricity. Omega's maximum output is around 1 billion volts of electricity, similar to a typical lightning bolt. however, being a Demigod, Omega has less control of his electric currents than his father. Excessive electrical output can put a lot of strain on his body. Is most common use of his electricity is shooting powerful thunder bolts. Omega can also use electromagnetism to manipulate metallic objects. his main use for it is gathering and forming Iron Sand into an Iron Sand Sword that he can extend into a whip at will. Omega can make sand particles in the blade vibrate, which increases the cutting power of the sword, making it act like a chainsaw. Like traditional Dragons, Omega's senses are heightened, with sight as sharp as an eagle, hearing as tone as a bat, and smell as keen as a dog. He subconsciously generates an electromagnetic barrier around himself, which makes him immune to telepathic manipulation, kind of like, mind control. he can also strengthen the barrier to be able to redirect any kind of energy-type attacks. In a physical perspective, Omega is very agile and athletic, being able to avoid attacks with ease. He can also put up a fight. His fighting style consists of a wide array of kicks with a high level of power and speed. In a mental perspective, Omega has a photographic memory, being able to memorize a movement with only one glance. He can also use his electric powers to hack any electrical device and bypass electric security measures. Omega can also analyze the reflections of the electromagnetic waves he generates, giving him a sixth sense. Omega is brash and aggressive but he is also impulsive. He relies to overpowering opponents with ferocity and sheer power, which can sometimes be hazardous. He's also very stubborn, thinking that he's able to do everything himself. Omega's one true known weakness is ice. Because most dragons are normally cold-blooded, the cold is a natural weakness. Omega starts to feel weak in cold temperatures and will be unable to move.
Skills/Talents: Omega is skilled at both acoustic and electric guitar and the piano. He has a great love of music because it's one of the things that relaxes him.

Tomomi Laviolette
Name: Tomomi Laviolette
Gender: Female
Species: Succubus
Age: 16
Appearance: Tomomi is fair skinned with medium-length dark red hair with a cowlick and dark red eyes. Her hair is tied up into ponytails, with black ribbons with a bat-like design. She is somewhat short for her age, at 5'1". Aside from the school uniform, her typical wardrobe consists of a dark red ladylike dress with a black short sweater. She has a silver rosary with a ruby gem in the center. Tomomi wears black stockings with garderbelts and black shoes. She also has a heart-shaped demon tail. In her monster form, she grows black bat-like wings and her tail grows sharper. Her eyes glow red, and she generates a faint red aura.
Personality: Being a Succubus, she loves to be adored by boys and will make those who are infatuated with her do her bidding. She has the ability to easily seduce men. Tomomi is brash, cold and very aggressive. She takes great pride in her abilities of controlling men and will constantly come of as arrogant and self-centered to other people. Omega Ryūjin is, by far, the only boy she hasn't been able to seduce, even with her full power, and will constantly try anything to make him notice her, but hasn't succeeded. Even though she shows a rude and overbearing personality on the outside, she is in fact shy and sensitive. She suffers from a low self-esteem, which is why she hides her insecurities with her powers. She is shown to be very friendly to those that get to know her. She does see Omega as a friend and generally does care for him, and has vowed to be by his side forever.
History: When she was younger, Tomomi had no control over her abilities. She would be picked on by boys because of her short stature. During childhood, a Succubus should have mastered her powers, however, in Tomomi's case, she was scared that her abilities would get her more enemies. Her insecurities were growing, which is a taboo for a Succubus. She would keep it all hidden from her mother, because Succubi are generally proud, Tomomi would hide all the bruises she would get every day because she didn't want her mother to worry, but she wasn't able to keep it a secret forever. It was during the time her mother found out, that Tomomi began to grow a fear of boys, and because of that, she would always feel weak, as Succubus needed the life force of boys to survive. After some intense training, Tomomi was able to control her powers, but her insecurities live on. When she enrolled in Kyōzon Academy, she would always be surrounded by boys, but she took an interest in Omega Ryūjin, as he was the only guy that couldn't be controlled by her powers.
Abilities: Like traditional Succubi, Tomomi has the ability to seduce men. A Succubus needs the life force of men to survive, that's why she tends to surround herself with boys. Tomomi is very flexible and athletic, that agility helps her avoid attacks and move quickly. She is also an excellent fighter. When in her monster form, she not only is still able to seduce men, she is also able to control them, much like controlling mindless puppets. In her monster form, her nails grow and she can also use her tail, which is sharp and can cut metal. She is also able to control her demonic aura, using it to increase her strength, speed and can shape the energy in to a heart-shaped light that, when thrown, will explode on contact. Because she is a Succubus, She needs the life force of men to survive. If she doesn't feed on a male's life force every now and then, she will start to feel weak. Her tail is also a weakness, when someone grabs it, she will become powerless.
Skills/Talents: Tomomi is an amazing singer. One of her tricks to seducing boys is her beautiful voice, but she absolutely loves singing just for the love of music. She also took ballet when she was younger, which is where she got her flexibility.
