#1 is Raichu - 100 times cuter than Pikachu, 100,000 volts. What more do you need?
#2 is Ninetales. Psychic fire. Yay (I know, not psychic in the games, but it is in the anime, which is awesome).
Don't know about other than that. I like Piplup's line, Bulbasaur, Mew...:spam:

Torterra, Porygon-Z, Meganium, Breloom, Sceptile, Milotic, and many more...

My least favorite Pokémon is Gyarados. I just hate that thing.

Also, I like most grass types.

Eh, so hard to choose... I have so many favorites!!
Catagory-wise, my favorites would have to be...

Kanto starter: Bulbasaur
Kanto regular: Meowth
Kanto legendary: Articuno
Johto starter: Totodile
Johto regular: Granbull
Johto legendary: Celebi
Hoenn starter: Treecko
Hoenn regular: Gardevoir
Hoenn legendary: Kyogre
Sinnoh starter: Turtwig
Sinnoh regular: Floatzel
Sinnoh legendary: Shaymin

Overall, Floatzel would be my favorite. So many victories thanks to the fastest water-type (Starmie would be, but it's not readily available, so yeah).

Scyther. (I was so excited when it actually had a good moveset in gen4):-D
Absol in close second.
Sceptile in third.

Hitmontop because its so cute but at the same time looks like it wants to cut a bitch and dump the tortured mutilated body in a basket of babies.

I also love Espeon, its an adorable kitteh with teh power to get you tripping psychedelically without the shrooms.
