It needs A LOT of work, but I found it at an antique/thrift store, and it was cheap. I couldn't resist getting it, especially since ten years ago I really wanted to play it.
 
I just reserved "Petit Chara! Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon - Black Moon Set" Off the CrunchyRoll store!!!!!!! So freaking excited for these. XD
