No, but if you're wanting to base it off a specific franchise, then it will be copyright. And, again, none of your examples even had a hamster in them. Vision and Martian Manhunter aren't even ghosts.

1989 and 1983, while old enough to be around for SwSh's development, is not "very old". It's certainly not old enough to have expired its copyright and have a Pokemon made based on it. Still didn't give him ghostly powers.
