See now im not sure that there will only be five additions to the Johto Dex. We know that lapras has moved positions by five, but thats all. We dont know if it has moved because there has been five additions before it of if it has simply moved. Also we wont know exactly how many inclusions there...

I highly doubt that it would change the rating - especially considering the GTS. The music is up to the players choice, as is the names/nicknames - hense why it has never really effected the ratings. But with the GTS i could nickname my pokemon with all sorts of crude and offensive words and...
