It's not exactly what i wanted but its pretty dang close i thing to get it to get it perfect it might be dragon/water or dragon/ice im not sure which by the way your a great sprite artist

Can you make an animated neon Celebi (normal, not shiny)? It would be better if it is lineless AND has an animated neon. The neon should be green. Thanks!

That is too many Pokemon. I can only make it transform into 3 different Pokemon, not counting the Pokemon that it really is.

I don't do random animations. I just do random effects to normal sprites. Just name the 3 Pokemon you want me to give the random effects to.
