Um...I have a Careful Mudkip I bred a while ago with Curse and Waterfall. I need to go back and check it's IVs, though. I think I also have a Beldum and Ralts lying around that have decent IVs...I don't remember, though ¬.¬;; I'm not terribly good at IV breeding myself...it's why I trade for these sorts of things ^_^;;

OH! What about a clone of a shiny Modest Lucario, (max speed and sp. attack IVs, at least, and I'm pretty sure good everything else except Attack), completely EV trained (4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe) with Choice Specs and the moves Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Dragon Pulse, and Vacuum Wave? Completely legit.

Its a shame about the Groudon not having those perfect IVs in Atk and Speed.. Perhaps the Groudon and a shiny from your shop in return for the Weezing.
